Authentic brass/bronze monastery bell from France. The monastery bell was made circa 1955 and was kept in original condition. On the bell, the text around “vocem meam a ovime tangit’. This is Latin for ‘who touches me, will hear my voice’ (freely translated). The monastery bell can be hung by means of the wall bracket which is attached to it. When you pull the handle, the bell will swing and the clapper will hit it. The sound is very clear, full, heavy and pure. From the highest point to the bottom of the handle, the monastery bell has a height of 47 cm. The bell itself has a height of 17 cm and a diameter of 11 cm.
