John Bevort - Camprio. Oil painting created with a pallet knife on canvas of Camprio, pseudonym for the painter John Bévort (born 1917 in Utrecht and died in 1996 in Schoorl). John was a pupil at the academy Artibus in Utrecht of Chris Achterberg and of G. Nijenhuis. The paintings of John Bévort mostly have the subjects: beach views, seascapes, cityscapes, lake faces and sail boats. In addition, he painted Southern European scenes under his alias "Camprio '. John was a member of the International Organization of Free Art. He taught painting to Peter Brouwer and Gerard Ernens. The painting is in good condition.
