Goldsmith's art on porcelain is the trademark that distinguishes the production Morbelli of art objects of fetched fine porcelain engraved and decorated with enamels and gold and platinum deposits. A difficult and unique manufacturing process, mostly handmade by highly skilled craftsmen, transforms the smooth surface of porcelain in a bas-relief in matt and gloss areas suitably covered with enamels and precious metals, to achieve decorative effects particularly evocative. Collectible plates, engraved and decorated with these procedures, in addition to satisfy even the most refined eye, acquire an artistic value and intrinsic for the preciousness of design, for the materials used and for the purely manual performance. Persian jewel, 1979 The jewel engraved and decorated on this collectible wall plate is based on a "clip" from the 5th-4th century B.C., it is meant to represent a winged ibex. It is part of the so called "treasure of the Oxus", discovered in 1877 in a hill, now called Takt-i , or “Throne of Kavadh”, on the right bank of the Amu Darja river (ancient Pxus river) which marks the boundary between Afghanistan and Russia currently.
