Beautiful BeoGram 4002 by Bang & Olufsen. A beautiful design by Jacob Jensen. Fits in every interior and plays beautifully. Most beautiful turntable ever made!
This BeoGram 4002 came onto the market in 1974 and has become an iconic record player and is also in the museum of modern art in New York.
Unique combination of solid aluminium together with a real wooden frame. This gives it modern yet warm atmosphere.
A fully automatic turntable equipped with the revolutionary tangential arm. Partly due to the low needle pressure, from only 1.5 grams. this turntable plays beautifully and is very gentle with your records.
Provided with an original MMC3000 cartridge by B&O, with elliptical genuine polished diamond needle tip. This cartridge sounds very good and has been precisely adjusted on the right needle pressure. The rpm has also been adjusted to the right speed.
Really a well-functioning turntable by B&O, it can be electronically operated with a few buttons. The operation is almost like that of a CD player. Play, fast forward, electronic stop all work perfectly. The lift button is the pause function.
The record player still looks great for it’s age. Has been fitted with a new large and small drive belt.
Some light signs of wear on the cover, but nothing disturbing. Shiny and clear other than that. The start button has the usual wear.
This one can simply be connected to any amplifier with a phono input by means of RCA plugs. The power cord is 70 cm long.
