The items pictured here are authentic fossils without remarkable restoration. Cracks in Fossils are not a lack in Quality, this is nature. Due to mountain-building-processes stones often break and the included fossils, too. And, mostly you find a fossil after breaking a stone and have to re-glue it. So, most of the bigger findings show glued parts and sometimes small gaps.
The 2 fossil fishes petrified together in one geode. That is really exceptional! They got excavated in Brazil and expertly prepared by scientific Museum Preparators in Germany. The black petrified wood was found and polished in Indonesia. All metal works are stainless steel, handmade in Germany.

fossils art, designed by Annesuse Raquet
Design, manufacturing and assembling are yet “hand made in Germany”;with component parts coming from all over the world.
Each object is unique and comes with a numbered leather label.
Annesuse Raquet has been active in international fossil trading since many years and ranks among the most renowned dealers within the industry. She quickly put her focus on aesthetic exhibits which were shown at international exhibitions and can be viewed publicly in museums.
In 2011 she started her own label “annsus – take a look”, where fossil and stone objects are being designed and merchandised.
Her special design technique consists of combining extraordinary fossils with high quality materials such as minerals, wood, acrylic, lotus leaves and precious metals. Thus she creates outstanding objects for walls and tables as well as free standing items.
As an extravagant form of art they fascinate the contemplator. The vivid design makes these fossils seem immortal and eclipse the fact that they are million year old prehistoric relicts. These modern compositions are absolutely in line with the trend in upscale interior design.
