Tipping the cards in was traditionally the way to learn about the plants and animals. Besides the cards, a wealth of nice pen drawings. The albums can be called a national cultural monument, without exaggeration. Republished in 1975 by Zomer & Keuning in Ede,in collaboration with Natuurmonumenten, the almost unchanged version of those from 1907 until 1910, published by Koninklijke Verkadefabrieken BV, Zaandam. Bound - hardcover - 23 x 30 cm - 85 to 104 pp. - each with 144 colour cards. In very good condition. Very nice, without damage or dogears. Without writing. Logically some local yellowing caused by ageing. Will be carefully packaged and sent with Track & Trace.
